- Graphite Hydrochloric Acid (HCl Acid) Synthesis Units and Hydrogen Chloride Synthesis Furnace
Synthesis of hydrogen chloride by burning hydrogen gas and chlorine gas in graphite hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace & unit has proved to be an economical and reliable operation. This is true particularly in those processes where chlorine gas is produced as a by-product or where hydrogen chloride or hydrochloric acid is required for on-site use. Typical uses occur in brine electrolysis, vinyl chloride manufacture, paper and pulp production and various metallurgical processes.

With evaporation and Membrane concentration process, Steel spent acid can be recovered to >15% Hydrochloric Acid or 32% Hydrochloric Acid. By-product Solid Ferrous chloride or Ferric chloride can be used for water treatment.
